1.CHOOSING THE ARTISTS


ARTISTS ARE TO SEND THEIR ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFESSIONAL RESUME AND PHOTOS OF THEIR FIVE BEST PIECES OF ART TO

FINALISTS WILL BE SELECTED WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF SEEMA MOGHE


List of artists recommended by the foundation will be put up on the website
Each artist will be informed individually on email on or before the 28 April 2012


LIBER-ARTE FOUNDATION WILL SEND INVITATION TO THE SELECTED APPLICANTS THROUGH THE ART INDULGE FOUNDATION.


APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF PARTICIPANTS  ON OR BEFORE 15 MAY 2012.

FIVE INDIAN ARTISTS AND ONE CURATOR ARE INVITED TO THE PROGRAM.


2.SELECTED GUESTS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
10 DAYS OF FULLBOARD ACCOMMODATION IN FONYÓD PROVIDED BY LIBER-ARTE FOUNDATION.
GUESTS ARE TO BE PUT UP IN TRIPLE BED ROOMS
PROGRAMS IN FONYÓD ARE FREE OF CHARGE. GUESTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH 50X70 WATERCOLOUR PAPER, GLUES, BOARDS, ETC.
WE ARE GOING TO MAKE EXHIBITION POSTERS, DOCUMENTS AND PROPAGANDA MATERIAL. PARTICIPANTS OF OUR MASTER COURSE WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE. WE ARE GOING TO ORGANIZE TWO EXHIBITIONS, ONE IN THE MOST POPULAR ART GALLERY OF FONYÓD, ANOTHER IN THE DOWNTOWN OF PÉCS. THROUGHOUT THE TEN DAY CAMP AN ENGLISH/HUNGARIAN INTERPRETER-HOST/ESS WILL ASSIST OUR WORK, ACCOMMODATED IN A SEPARATE ROOM.


3.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
THE LIBER-ARTE FOUNDATION KINDLY ASKS FOR TWO COMPLETED PIECES OF ART FROM EACH GUEST. THESE PIECES ARE TO BE MADE UPON WATERCOLOUR PAPER BY OPTIONAL TECHNIQUE.


4.WHAT EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO BRING ALONG
PAINTS, WATERCOLOURS, PENCILS, OTHER INSTRUMENTS FOR THE ARTISTS' OWN USE.
PERSONAL PARAPHERNALIA, MEDICATION, SUNSCREEN, MOSQUITO BITE REMEDIES, ETC. BECAUSE OF THE UNPREDICTABILITY OF THE WEATHER, WE SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE BRING CLOTHES FOR HOT AND COLD TEMPERATURE (FROM BATHING SUIT TO WARM CLOTHES).

5.OUR PRICES
PARTICIPANTS NEED TO COVER THE EXPENSES OF THE FOLLOWING:
PASSPORT, VISA, FLIGHT TICKET, FARE OF THE JOURNEY FROM BUDAPEST TO FONYÓD AND BACK. GUESTS WILL BE TRANSPORTED EITHER BY MINIBUS OR TAXI, THE COST OF WHICH IS 150 EUROS PER HEAD.

6.17-22 AUGUST 2012- optional
   COSTS OF THE JOURNEY IN PANNONIA WILL BE MET BY PARTICIPANTS

THE FONYOD ART HOUSE IS AN OLD, ORIGINAL HUNGARIAN BUILDING. IT CONSISTS OF TWO BIG ROOMS, ONE LITTLE BATHROOM, A KITCHEN, WC AND A FRIENDLY GARDEN.
ARTISTIC CREATION AND DAILY ROUTINE ARE FLEXITIME.
THERE ARE 3 MAIN MEALS A DAY: BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, BUT FOOD AND DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE ALL DAY. GUESTS ARE PROVIDED WITH VEGETARIAN AND CHEMICAL-FREE FOOD.

The 15 day lodging and boarding with camp sight seeing is absolutely free for finalists recommended by the foundation.

Each invited artist makes 3 original art works for the selection jury.
The camp begins with an art show by art winners of 2011.
The camp concludes with the art show of art works made during the camp.

We organized Nashik Art Camp at Sula Beyond with renowned Hungarian artists in Oct 2011.

Art Show at Piramal Art Gallery, NCPA, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Nasik Nuances-Art Show at Hungarian Information and Cultural Center, New Delhi.

We organized 2 Art Camps at Khaas Bagh, Jodhpur with renowned artists selected from Hungary, Europe under the banner of MAPF, in October 2010 and February 2011,
Mr. Tibor Kovacs was the curator of the art events and final art shows held at the Hungarian Information and Cultural Center, New Delhi.

Seema Moghe was the co founder of MAPF then.
She is the founder of Art Indulge Foundation now.
